Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public access to many public records, but Spencer County uses a split records structure. The Spencer County Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit Court, Family Court, and District Court case files. The Spencer County Clerk handles land and legal recordings, marriage licenses, elections, delinquent taxes, and county clerk forms. The Sheriff's Office and Fiscal Court have separate roles for law-enforcement and administrative records. Bringing those official channels together helps users identify the correct office before they call, visit, or submit a request.
